Before there can be Self-Improvement, there must first be Personal Awareness!

Welcome to the CEO Executive Club! I am positive that once you go through the You Are a CEO Platinum Business Suite you will find that the tools and information will fortify you with the knowledge and power to become the CEO of your life. The You Are a CEO Program starts with the necessary life skills you will need to take full control of your personal life as well as your career and financial status. After all, how could you have success in your career, or in life, if you do not know who you are? This is why we start the You Are a CEO Program with Personal Awareness. As stated in the title, you cannot experience Self-Improvement until you have experienced Personal Awareness. The five core elements of Personal Awareness are Value, Thought Patterns, Emotional Patterns, Self-Esteem, and Respect. If you understand these core elements, then positive change and improvement is inevitable! After listening to the Executive Audio Book on Personal Awareness you will have the insight you need to blaze a path of self-improvement on your way towards maximum success in your career and in your life. I look forward to hearing from my fellow CEO’s after listening to CD one from the Executive Audio Book on Personal Awareness. Remember, the question is not are you a CEO; rather, the question is how is your business running?

Hi Fellow CEO's. This is my first time blogging and though I am excited I am a little anxious as well. I really enjoyed Wednesday's CEO Meeting on 7/11/07. I look forward to moving together with everyone else to reach our goal of CEO for life. I listened to the Personal Awareness CD by Michael Parker and was encouraged to commit to implementing those things neccesary for my self improvement. I am willing to honestly interact with others to enable me to learn from them as well as effectively share the positive things I have learned. The inner-most guiding force within me wants me to control my thought pattern to cause me to repeat behavior that will help me successfully complete this program and thereby become a CEO 4 Life! I believe together we can do this!

What an Eye opener! I enjoyed this first audio book in the series and must say I have a lot to think about. What grabbed me most was that I never considered changing my thought patters to get different results. In the past, when I've seen areas in my business and in my personal life that I know need improvement or complete change, I have always tried changing processes or introducing new methods but seemed to always get the same result. I never considered looking at my thought patterns and changing those first! It was also interesting to note that our thought patterns are closely related and influential to our emotional patters. Where do my thought patters come from? Why do I think the way I do about different things? Once I've identified a negative pattern of thought, how do I turn it around into a positive pattern? These are questions that I will begin to look at and try to answer. I look forward to next weeks session and hearing from the rest of the club members.

I have to agree with William. The thought patterns were very key to my understanding.

Why to I always thing xyz when xyz happens?

Reactions-
Thoughts-
Emotions-

When I am upset I go home or for a drive alone, I eat, watch tv and sleep poorly.

When I am happy or things go good I call friends and go out to eat or go shopping to celebrate and sleep deliciously.

There are definately patterns with my emotions and I want to learn how to change them so that I react more positively with every thought.

I want to learn more about:

The five core elements of Personal Awareness: Value, Thought Patterns, Emotional Patterns, Self-Esteem, and Respect.

I would like definitions and examples of each.

Thanks Terry.

I believe that If I complete this program positive change and improvement is inevitable!

Your the best!
