Personal Awareness

After hearing the Personal Awareness CD and going over the question and Case studies in the booklet. I am more aware of what drives me. This took me to some deep issue that arose in me on a personal level and why I react or don't react to different situations. I am glad I took the time to listen to it. I am greatly appreciative the opportunity to better myself at home and work or any given situation. To think clearly and soundly before reacting to an emotion and being able to listen as well. To answer the question of "how's your business doing?" before this CD it was was a -zero. I had an extremely flat tire in business. I had lots of ideas but always came up short. Now I feel if I implement what I have now been introduced to. I believe that if try to delay my gratification on more issues in my life I will be more sucessful. I think I'll listen to this CD a couple more times and get ready for the next.

Thank you once again,

That is Great Marquita,

I have to appreciate what you said about how you don't react to some things.

I have learned through the program that I have a shell that protects my emotional reactions when it comes to things I have done to others.

I am not always as empathetic as I should be.

It was great having you in class.
