Personal Awareness is a WAY of LIFE... To be personally aware of Who you are, your emotions, and your thoughts patterns are the key elements to be successful…
I have learned so much in this session. Understanding your thought patterns and exploring where it comes from, shapes the way you act or react to others and influence your decisions. I could attain emotional intelligence wherein I could control my emotions and behavior as well as others towards a situation.
Developing emotional intelligence in the workplace and acknowledging that emotions are always present, and doing something intelligent with them can make a big difference in the workplace as well as your in own life. As my fellow CEO (William F.) stated this is really an EYE OPENER…
I look forward hearing and learning from my fellow CEO Executive Club…

Hi Elena,
That is interesting that you spoke about emotional intelligence.
I truly dont think I have ever heard that word outside of our program.
It is just not something I remember from school or other training program.
Sure children are taught happy, sad, silly, mad and they are aware of how they feel but becoming emotionally intelligent and controling complex emotional pattern is not something I think is commonly known.
It really should be. I think as a whole the population would be happier if they could deal with their emotions and be personally aware of who they are and understand why others do things that don't always make sense.
Sometime my family members will do or say something that is offensive and I now can see well they said or did this because xy.
I believe the same thing can be appied at work to a co worker who does xyz and you can see that there is a reason behind their behavior and thus your reaction can be controlled.
I think I let less bother me now that I know these tools.
I look forward to seeing you soon.
Julie
