Positive Relationships are critical to the success of any business whether you are a business owner or an employee. Mr. Parker indicated that you must evaluate what the relationship is based on. Obviously, trust and confidence must be at the core to maintain successful relationships. The segment on Deposits and Withdrawls was very key. If you are constantly withdrawing and not depositing, you will eventually create a bankrupt relationship. As Mr. Fulton indicates, negative relationships are exhausting and unprofitable. There is a saying that "People don't care how much you know, until they know how much you care"
As I've mentioned before, this forum is particulary important for Sole Proprietors/Business Owners who work in small offices. You are constantly reminded of these powerful tools and enjoy this experience of a team environment with other professionals.

Vince, I could not agree with you more. The power of relationships, whether in business or personally, is having the ability to both withdraw and deposit positive things in our realtionships. We all have to consider what is it that keeps us from both withdrawing and depositing in our relationships?
